We have a simple 3 step process:

1/ Submit a returns application https://midnightco.com.au/pages/returns asking for Credit, Exchange or Refund on each item you wish to return

2/ Once approved you will receive an RA# to attach to your return

3/ Send your item back to us at:

c/o Midnight Co PO Box 6006 Croydon North VIC 3136, with you RA# inside
We recommend calling Australia Post for all domestic orders or DHL for International orders and quoting your tracking number, often this is the quickest way to locate your item. If you aren't having any luck, please send us an email at: info@midnightco.com.au and we will do our best to track it down for you
Yes we do! We use DHL Express for all of our international shipments

USA/Canada DHL Express: $20 2-3 business days
New Zealand DHL Express: $20 2-3 business days
Asia DHL Express: $20 2-3 Business days
Rest Of World DHL Express: $25 3-5 business days

We offer free, yes FREE shipping on all Australian orders. All orders under $100 will receive free standard shipping with Australia Post. All orders over $100 will receive free express shipping with Australia Post. If your order is under $100 and would still like free shipping we have a $10 express option
We understand buying online can be tricky sometimes so we allow a full refund on items (less shipping cost) on all full priced items. This excludes items on sale or bought using a discount code
